Business Resource Groups
As a Valassis company, NCH is proud of the steps that our company continues to take to cultivate greater diversity and inclusion throughout the organization, including the formation of Business Resource Groups (BRG). The BRGs are focus groups devoted to bringing together unique individuals with a shared desire to develop professionally and personally and to drive the business.
Valassis Women's Network (VWN)
The mission of the Valassis Women’s Network is to foster women’s professional development, connectivity and outreach to drive a competitive advantage for the company. The VWN represents all levels and functions within the organization and works to challenge and empower its members to take initiative and to build valuable programs within the company.
Millennial Link serves as the premier connection for “Generation Y” insight and achievement. It aspires to connect our leaders, colleagues and Millennials with a platform to learn and understand the next largest generation since the Baby Boomers. The group identifies ways to attract, retain and develop Millennial talent in order to cultivate tomorrow’s leaders.
